Please Help! Im confused and my head hurts. I'm scared. do i have a concussion? I'm scared!!?

i was having a shower when i slipped and fell, my mom came into the bathroom and apparently i was unconscious. she brought me to my room and layed me on the bed. she told me i was out for a couple minutes and she said i woke up and i threw up. i don't know if this is even true important just going by what my mom said. all i know is that now i have a massive headache and i feel dizzy. I really don't know if any of this is true... I'm just going by what my mom says. my neck and back also are really sore when i move...could this be a concussion ? should i go to the doctor? help in scared and in a lot of pain!im also really tired

go to the doctor immediately. does this sound in any way like something you should be taking trivially? at the least you have a concussion, for all you know, you may also have bleeding on the brain and require immediate surgery.

You have a lot of concussion related symptoms but the only way to be sure is to go to the doctor! But throwing up is very bad after a head injury along with neck pain

Yes, you should go to the ER immediately. Concussions are nothing to play around with. You also want to be sure you didn't fracture your skull.
