Take him to the emergency room. Better safe than sorry, and since he is still screaming and it's not going down it could be much more serious than you think. He could also have internal bleeding, so just go to the ER and make sure it's nothing worse.

Not to worry, it's just that, a knot. If the knot was inward it would suggest a concussion. She's young and her skull is probably still soft. Have a great day, and give your daughter lots of love with kisses and hugs. She's alright. If you still have doubts, take her to an emergency room. Good luck

take her to a doctor just 2 be on the safe side.
i fell off a huge bed when i was the same age as ur daughter, one minute i was on the bed and next i was on the floor, but i was fine, the bed was pretty high up... i would take her to the docs just to get her checked over.

watch her for any noticeable differences. the bump should go down on its own but if you are concerned call the local hospital and ask for advice and they can help you.

Get her to an emergency room right away. She may have a concusion.
It may be a harmless 'goose egg' ~ my son has had that twice (rough boy) ~ but it could be something serious. Please, take her to emergency room!

if she's lost conciousness, she needs to be taken to the nearest hospital right away.
If she hasnt, try putting a bag of frozen peas or ice on the area.
Keep a close watch on her.
If she vomits, becomes disoriented, out of sorts, she needs to be seen right away.
Chances are good that she'll be just fine she may experience a headache, bruising... but given a couple days it'll be nothing but a memory
